Drowning Furniture

Nendo design opened an exhibition in Milano named “into marble”.

It looks photoshopped, but it’s not. Japanese brand Nendo showcased a new line of furniture in solid, black marble in Italy last week. Selected objects were placed on top of what appeared to be black, rippled water, which could be seen as either melting into the liquid or emerging from it.

This exhibition received an incredible response from visitors and elevated the brand as a creative, well-crafted and artistic furniture developer. It meant that they had to produce some possibly super expensive models, but It sure made sense in the end.

Are you ready to emerge yourself in absurd, creative thinking? It certainly holds great fortune.
