Nike turned on their time machine and brought back icons from the past.

The new Nike Air Max 97 was revealed at a Nike party in Santa Monica, California.

Here, they also showed off a custom made Retro Volkswagen T1 minivan that looked exactly like the sneaker. As you can probably guess, it increased the hype and overall shareability.

Rappers and mega influencers attended the event, and many happened to snap a picture for their many followers as an effective storyshot.
